Terrible customer service, the storm broke my brackets on the roof and the roof blew off, the roof is undamaged and I contacted keter to ask if they sold or have supply of new roof brackets. We don't sell spare parts and require a receipt of purchase and then can send parts, its been a number of years and I don't have the receipt.
