Franchi Affinity (original model) vs. newer Affinity 3. Is there anyone who owns, or owned, both the original Franchi Affinity model and the newer Affinity 3 model? I own the original Affinity (12 gauge, 28" barrel) and am wondering if the new Affinity 3 model with the oversized bolt handle, bolt release and magazine port is worth upgrading to.Franchi Affinity 3 vs SBE 2. Dove/Waterfowl hunter here. A local shop has a used Franchi Affinity 3 (six hundred fifty bucks) and a used Super Black Eagle 2 (one thousand bucks). Both 28", both camo. I've never owned or fired either of these guns nor do I have any familiarity with either.One other difference is the forearm is slimmer on the m2, but I have zero issues with the forearm on the affinity. Both are high quality guns.
