If the postings I’ve read on this forum are any indication then the Ecodiesel is the crappiest engine ever.3.0. My 2015 EcoDiesel has been a total disaster. My 2018's motor blew at 23K KM in. A classic case of the bottom end tearing apart. I now have about 30K on the new motor, no problems since. Be warned though the sluggish off the line acceleration when cold that the ECM flashes of the 2014-2016's Ecodiesels is present in the 2017 and newer right from the factory.

Code was P0299 and they replaced the turbo, all the gaskets, cac hose and fuel filters. I also have been having some really odd regen issues that started about the same time as the glow plug failures the first time. Regens went from about 400-500 miles, to about every 200 miles, and trying to regen at 50%.
