Game sound issue. Hey, so I got this weird issue as of this latest update. I was crafting in the ishgard area (the new stuff) and sometimes my own crafting sound would cut out while I could still hear the other crafters, like the sound stopped mid-way which was weird. Not long after I tabbed out of the game and the game crashed with xaudio2_9 ...So since 6.0 released a lot of folks have been having audio issues such as choppy audio, or pops when loading, and more. This got even worst with the release of 6.01 which saw even more people suddenly experiencing issues. At first it was assumed certain CPUs were having issues due to age, but then we saw that newer models were also having issues.So in my case im not sure if its a setting or my usb dongle is giving up. Windows keep retain its connection however, just FFXIV that don't wanna detect it for 30 sec or so when i start the game or if the controller dies from either power or inactivity. so I have an Acer Nitro 5 and since the launch of early access on my pc, my fps is struggling to go past 20 and I have this constant sound stuttering, I've updated my drivers they're up to date, I checked around with all my sound settings in and out of the game alongside the graphics even did a full repair install.

Almost same thing has happened to me a couple of times in the last few days. The sound seems to get more quiet until the FFXIV audio drops out completely. All other audio sources seemed to be fine though. Had to restart the game to get the audio back.Second, try using FFXIV's Controller Calibration.
