Personally I like wing of astel far better than moonveil. Free ranged attacks on heavies and a weapon art that can sunblock a lot of bosses. I think the damage output of the wing is better and it's better for PvE. Moonveil is good for PvP but IMO not nearly as powerful for PvE.
