On the messages app, I used to see "delivered" and "read" when online and the text bubble was blue. I would also see the dots when someone was typing. Now, it is like the only option is the offline texting, the text bubble is green, I see no 3 dots when someone is texting me, and I see no "delivered" or "read" at the bottom of my sent texts.
