The one that runs off the battery next to it works fine. The one in the back on the Auxiliary panel above the inverter plug works too. I checked the fuses and they seemed fine. The stop/start issue and the 120V AC outlet plug not working are two separate issues. What are you trying to connect to the 120V plug? If whatever it is needs more than 150 watts, it's probably tripping the inverter's built-in overload protection.
