So this guy wiggles free because the closest hook I can make requires me to walk almost flawlessly to it. Boil Over is literally one of the worst perks in the game. Now it's just obnoxious. It benefits you only after you've lost chase by making the killer shift side-to-side a little bit more right before you get hooked. It has rarely ever made a difference unless the survivor is using a full "wiggle" build (Boil Over/Power Struggle/Flip Flop/Tenacity.)
