I had ACL reconstruction four weeks ago, and I skipped two shots. I took my first shot 6 days post-op, which worked out to around 16 days without any injections. I was scheduled to start 1 mg, but since I'm using Ozempic, I was able to dial my dose and I started with .5 mg for the first shot, then made the jump to 1.0 with no issues whatsoever.
