You only do the investigation board quests once per account. Once you finish it the other glaive patterns drop from Wellspring. The glaive patterns for alts drop from wellspring, it's kinda silly. Here we made you grind wellspring to the point you hate it, grind some more.

Just did this. Got my 2nd glaive after like 4 runs, got the 3rd after 50+ more. Drop rate is really low so be prepared to be there for a while. I don't think Master gives increased drop rate but either way running normal seems to be the more efficient farm.

Bungie has said that they're going to make it so that once you have the first exotic glaive, you can buy the pattern from the investigation board for the other classes.
