There's no way I can diagnose your problem over the Internet, and in fact, if the bike was in front of me I couldn't help you much. The rear cylinder cutting out happens automatically when the set point temperature is reach. You can not roll the throttle forward to manually cut out the rear cylinder.The EITMS comes on lately, I believe due to the higher temperatures we have had here in Florida of late. It does not come on in cooler conditions or when driving consistently on streets and highways.
